Students accused of sexual violence or harassment:

• University of California, Los Angeles female student was accused of sexually assaulting a male student while he was incapacitated due to intoxication. An investigation determined that the allegation was not substantiated.
• Caltech student was accused of multiple acts of sexual misconduct. The Superior Court granted a Petition for Writ of Mandate overturning Caltech’s disciplinary decisions.
• University of California, Los Angeles student was accused of sexual intercourse with a person who alleged that she was incapacitated or unconscious. An investigation determined that the accusation was not substantiated.
• University of California, Los Angeles student was accused of non-consensual sexual intercourse with a female student who alleged that she lacked capacity to consent. An investigation determined that the accusation was not substantiated.
• Sarah Lawrence College male student was accused of non-consensual oral sex with a female student. A panel hearing determined that the accusation was not substantiated.
• University of California, Berkeley student accused of rape of another student. After an investigation, the accusation was deemed unsubstantiated, but the accuser appealed. On appeal, the decision that the accusation was unsubstantiated was affirmed.
• University of California, Davis student accused of rape, domestic violence, stalking a former girlfriend, and transmitting a sexually transmitted disease. No violation found.
• University of California, Los Angeles student accused of stalking, sexual assault, and sexually harassing a former friend. No violation found.
• Small Religious University student was accused of rape by a fellow student. After an investigation, it was determined that the complaining student had presented falsified evidence, and the allegation was not substantiated.
• Small Midwestern University student was accused of rape and sexual assault. A hearing panel determined that no violations were substantiated.
• University of Southern California student accused of sexual assault against an incapacitated/unconscious student. The allegations were deemed to be unsubstantiated.
• Roosevelt University student appealed a suspension for sexual harassment. On appeal, the suspension was removed.
• University of California, Berkeley student accused of sexual assault against an incapacitated student. No violation found.
• Ohio State University student accused of sexual assault. No violation found.
• California State University, Sonoma student accused of sexual intercourse without consent. No violation found.
• University of California, Santa Barbara student was accused of sexual intercourse and oral sex without consent. Allegations deemed not substantiated by at a panel hearing.
• California State University, Long Beach student was accused of having intercourse without consent. After being found responsible, he appealed. On appeal, the University determined that the allegation was not substantiated and the finding of responsibility was removed.
• Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University student accused of engaging in sexual intercourse with another student without consent. No violation found.
• University of California, Davis student accused of raping an ex-girlfriend several years ago. No violation found.
• University of California, Santa Cruz student accused during senior year of raping another student during freshman year. No violation found.
• University of California, Davis student accused of sexual intercourse with an incapacitated person and of attempting to intimidate her not to report the incident. No violation found.
• Southern Oregon University student accused of sexual exploitation and giving false information in the investigation. No violation found.
• California Baptist University student accused of intercourse with an incapacitated person. No violation found.
• University of Wyoming student accused of sexual assault. No violation found.
• Case Western Reserve University student accused of sexual penetration without consent. Hearing panel found no violation.
• West Coast University student accused of sexual harassment. No violation found.
• University of Oklahoma student accused of sexual battery. No violation found.
• University of Southern California student faced an appeal by the accuser after the USC determined that no violation was substantiated. Appeal was denied, and result of no violation found was sustained.
• Johns Hopkins University student accused of sexual intercourse with an incapacitated student. No violation found.
• University of Southern California student accused of sexual intercourse with incapacitated student. No violation found.
• University of California, Santa Barbara student accused of sexual intercourse without consent. No violation found.
• Middle Georgia State University student accused of dating violence. No suspension or expulsion imposed. Student referred to counseling
• California Polytechnic State University student accused of sexual violence against multiple students. No violation found.
• University of California, Irvine student accused of sexual violence and sexual intercourse without consent due to incapacitation. No violation found.
• Johns Hopkins University student accused of sexual battery at a party. No violation found.
• Small private college student accused of sexual harassment. No violation found.
• Johns Hopkins University student placed on interim suspension during investigation of an accusation of sexual coercion. The accusation was not sustained and the interim suspension was lifted.
• California Baptist University student accused of sexual assault. No violation found.
• University of California, Los Angeles male graduate student accused of having intercourse with a female graduate student without her consent due to alcohol impairment. No violation found.
• Howard University female graduate student was accused of harassing another female graduate student. No violation found.
• University of California, Irvine student accused of violation of “No Contact Order” imposed to protect complainant. No violation found.
• University of the Pacific student hired Mr. Rose to assist in appeal of a dismissal imposed by the University. Dismissal was reduced to a suspension. Accusing student appealed this reduction, her appeal was denied.
• University of California, Davis student–appeal by accuser, demanding dismissal instead of suspension. No increase in sanctions.
• University of Kansas student accused of “sexual contact without (the complainant‘s) consent or engaging in behavior toward her that was severe, pervasive, and objectively offensive. “Finding of no liability”.
• UC Santa Barbara student who had been dismissed by the college for Stalking hired Mr. Rose for an appeal. Request for appeal granted on all grounds submitted.
• UCLA student accused of Intercourse without effective consent due to intoxication. No liability found.
• UCBerkeley student accused of Rape, Sexual Violence, Domestic Violence against his visiting under-aged girlfriend and assault of his roommate. No liability found for the main charges. Minimal sanction (non-suspension) for intercourse with a minor.
• Small Los Angeles Area private college student hired Mr. Rose for appeal after being dismissed (expelled) for multiple alleged Sexual Batteries and Harassment. Dismissal Reversed and student’s degree was confirmed.
• University of Redlands student accused of Sexual Violence against friend. No liability found.
• UC Berkeley student reported to police for an accusation of Rape. No criminal charges filed.
• UC San Francisco postdoctoral researcher accused of sexual battery and sexual harassment. No liability found.
• University of Southern California (USC) female student accused of Sexual Violence against a male student, and Harassment of the same student and his girlfriend. No liability found.
• Occidental College student accused of Intercourse without effective consent due to intoxication. No liability found.
• Loyola Marymount student accused of sexual assault of another student in a nightclub. No liability found.

• CalTech student accused of Sexual Battery in Domestic Violence Restraining Order Court case by Fuller Theological Seminary student. Case dismissed.
• UCLA medical resident accused of sexual battery of patient, found not guilty at jury trial, court declared factually innocent.
• Moorpark College student accused of rape of two female friends. No college liability and no criminal charge filed.
• UCLA student accused of accused of multiple Sexual Assaults of female student. No liablity found.
• University of Southern California (USC) student accused of harassing, unwanted sexual advances toward another student. Warning letter only.
• Claremont Colleges female student accused of Sexual Harrasment and Violating Sexual Privacy of another female student. No liability found.
• UC Berkeley student accused of Sexual Battery in Domestic Violence Restraining Order Court case. Case dismissed.
• University of Southern California (USC) student hired Mr. Rose to draft an appeal of a five-year suspension for violation of Sexual Privacy. Suspension reduced on appeal by half.
• Pepperdine University student accused of Sexual Battery of intoxicated female student. No liability found.
• University of Southern California (USC) Student accused of Stalking in Domestic Violence Restraining Order Court case ex-girlfriend. Case dismissed.

Advising students who made harassment complaints:

• Sarah Lawrence College male student accused a female student of performing oral sex on him without his consent. After a hearing, the college found that the female student had not obtained his consent and issued a 1-year suspension.
• El Camino College student harassed by fellow student. Domestic Violence Restraining Order issued in court.
• Lewis and Clark University student sexually harassed by ex-girlfriend. College imposed stay-away order on his harasser.
• CalTech student harassed by former friend, including cyber-bullying. Court imposed restraining order.
• University of Arizona student received unwelcome nude images. Perpetrator was found responsible and sanctioned.

Faculty members accused of misconduct:

• California State University administrator accused of creating a hostile work environment for an employee. Charges deemed unfounded.
• California State University professor accused of dating violence and misuse of university funds. Charges deemed unfounded.
• UCLA employee accused of sexual harassment. No liability found.
• University of California scientist accused of Sexual Harassment. No liability found.
• UCLA faculty member accused of Sexual Harassment of student. No liability found.
• Los Angeles Unified School District Teacher accused of Sexual Harassment and Sexual Battery of student. Teacher re-instated without discipline, and No criminal charge filed.
• Elementary School teacher accused of sexual battery of student. Teacher reinstated. No criminal charge filed.
